IAG extends pharma network in Latin America

IAG Cargo has extended its Constant Climate network with five new stations in Latin America.

Constant Climate is a specialist service for the global trade in time-and-temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.

The Latin American pharma industry grew by nearly nine per cent in 2012. The additional stations have opened at El Dorado International Airport (Bogota); Juan Santamaría International Airport (Costa Rica); Tocumen International Airport (Panama); Simon Bolivar International (Venezuela); and La Aurora Airport (Guatemala).

In total, IAG Cargo now has in place 12 Constant Climate-open airports across Latin America and 87 worldwide, with additional stations scheduled to open later this year.
