A 473,000 sq ft logistics park, “Goodman Interlink Hamburg”, has opened at the Port of Hamburg. With its subsidiary Satair Group, Airbus will occupy around 231,000 sq ft of space at the logistics park.
“The extension of our spare parts logistics in Goodman’s nearby logistics centre is a major element of our growth strategy. As a result, we create the necessary space for our growing business and take advantage of the close proximity to our Finkenwerder plant,” said Dr. Tim Bothe, VP Supply Chain at Satair Group. “Goodman has been a reliable partner at our side throughout the entire project phase. Together we have developed a solution that optimally meets our requirements.”
Other occupiers include logistics service provider Stute Logistics (a subsidiary of Kuehne + Nagel) and aviation supplier Diehl Comfort Modules.
