Agility has reached a deal with the US government over allegations of fraud relating to the $8.6 billion food supply contracts that the company held from 2003 to 2010.
It has agreed to pay $95 million in cash to settle the civil proceedings of the case.
It has also agreed to plead to a misdemeanour in the criminal portion of the case in connection with a single invoice valued at $551.
The agreement will allow Agility to bid for new US government contracts.
Terms of the settlement are subject to final court approval.
