ASDA has chosen Manhattan Associate to support its new collection and return service named “ToYou”. The service enables consumers to collect and return specific Asda orders, and online orders placed with third parties.
Manhattan has been working with Asda to provide the technology and services that power the fulfilment and service capability. The company’s solution components included in the service are Distributed Order Management (DOM), Warehouse management (WMS), Supply Chain Convergence and Supply Chain Intelligence solutions.
