Attracting the right talent into supply chain is always a challenge and with so many options available, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find quality and experienced talent in the industry.
Neil Caldwell, think logistics project manager at Career Ready, and Ian Nichol, STEM development manager at Think Logistics and Career Ready, will look at the key competencies, skills and experience are required to be a future leader in Supply Chain at the upcoming Logistics & Supply Chain Conference . They will also discuss the different types of training opportunities that are available to new individuals in the industry.
Nicole Geerkens, executive officer at the European Logistics Association, will focus on the challenges finding talent in the supply chain and logistics sector, She will look at how to increase and develop a network of female workers into the sector.
