IDI Gazeley expands into the Netherlands

IDI Gazeley has acquired a portfolio of 13 logistics warehouses in the Netherlands totalling more than 2 million sq ft (190,000 sq m).

The portfolio, the company’s first investment in the Netherlands, was acquired from Eurindustrial, a Dutch real estate fund, and includes properties in the logistics hotspots including Amsterdam, Venlo, and Venray. The individual buildings range in size up to 310,000 sq ft (29,000 sq m).

The assets are currently leased to a variety of logistics and distribution companies including UPS, Syncreon, Canon, and ND Logistics.
